hydraulic pump problem on a 6340 zetor

I have a 1994 6340 4 wheel drive Zetor and I have a big problem with the hydraulic pump. It is blowing out the seal on the end of the pump that is driven by the engine, and putting hydraluic oil into the motor oil. I have had the pump off the tractor five time within three months. Each time I take it back to the dealer and they fix it. The mechanic said to me that he has never seen this problem before in a tractor with such low hours for the year ( 1100 hrs), and that there appears to be nothing wrong with the pump.

I want to know what is causing this problem, and how can it be fixed?
