Hydraulic Problem After Hoses Replaced

I have a 2007 Branson 3510i tractor with front and rear remotes on a BL10S loader. Had it for 14 years with no loader problems, recently found a hose with a leak and since I'm not near any place for service I decided to go ahead and replace 5 hoses that showed wear and potential for problems.

Got replacements made, brought them home and installed them exactly as others came out. Now, attempting to raise the boom, one of the output hoses from the remote spews out hydraulic fluid below the coupling and the rockshaft won't raise.

Nothing works, what to do?

My first thought is that you somehow got a couple of hoses connected wrong. Do you have the ability to label which hoses you replaced on those pictures and then say what they connect to. Maybe from that we can assist you on figuring this problem out.

On rare occasions when a fitting is pushed into a hose it can "scoop up" part of the inner lining and in doing so could create a "flap" that blocks off fluid flow.

You will have to trace those hoses, write then down as to what is going where. The joy stick valve should have some markings for each port. "T" = Tank "IN"= high pressure in)

Photos are nice but there is no way to know which hose goes to where.

If tracing the hoses yourself is too much, you might try colored zip ties (same color on both ends) If you run out of colors just double up on colors (green and yellow on both ends)

I tend to agree it could be a classic case of misrouted hoses, but as we all know things aren't always what they seem. It might also help it you identified which port/hose/joint is "spewing out" the oil. I didn't see anything noticeable in the photos. Maybe someone else did.

As to the hoses being possibly connected wrong, no two hoses are the same length and I had
two on the remote and two on the spools, and it's impossible to swap them. I've replaced other hose on the loader before with no problems. This time it's making me nuts.

If you are certain lines are connected properly I would then start disconnecting each hose end to confirm the hose ends are drilled completely thru and not blocking the flow. On leaking hose is it leaking around the crimp? If yes then not crimped properly or bad section of hose or hose end.

Since nothing works down stream would start with power beyond hose if that one of the hoses replaced.

Since that picture appears to be 3rd function valve if it is shifted it would also block flow allowing nothing down stream to operate.

There are a few more details I need to mention. That remote has two lines in and the lines out.
Of the two out one one seems to be getting all the pressure and is spewing.The one on the right.
Also the dealer I work with mentioned that I should check the push connectors on the joy stick for problems. When took the hoses off I unscrewed them and left the plug in but to double check
after putting hoses on {which are color coded} I unplugged them and put them back in and they were tight just like every time I did before when removing the loader.

The hoses were made by NAPA and I inspected them I got them and all good. The hoses that leaked I changed out with the original one and it leaked just like the new one. I don't think was the crimp.
