Kubota B7500 HSD
Hi , I have a 2001 B7500 HSD 4 wheel drive. I can purchase a used snowblower but as my tractor has nowhere to hook the hydraulic lines to to operate the cyl that raises the blower . The blower comes complete with the lines to the actuator valve and flexible lines with quick connect couplings .
What parts would I need to get this to work ?
Regards and thanks in advance .

Was your model offered with an optional front end loader? There may be other ways to hook it up, but the OEM approach likely used the FEL valve, but I believe you'd need a 4-way valve to allow the hydraulic motor for the chute rotator to rotate both left and right. It's complicated, but with a 3-way valve (which tended to be standard on older Kubota's), the chute would only rotate one way. By the way, how does your B7500 raise and lower the blower? That would require one hydraulic circuit with a valve somewhere on your tractor. Might be best to talk with a dealer on what your options are.

There are lots of variations but here are a couple possibilities:

If your tractor doesn't have a loader you'll need to get a ported cover for the hydraulic fitting - dealer part - see pdf below.

If the tractor has a loader its control valve likely has a 7th hose, the power-beyond hose. Your blower control valve would get its supply from that. The blower control valve's power-beyond should connect to where the loader's pb port hose was connected. The return hose would either tee in to the loader's return, or it can just dump into the reservoir (can use an adapter in the fill plug)

My tractor does not have a loader, the blower controll has 4 lines coming from it, 2 go to the blower lift cyl and 2 went to the tractor on the b8200 that it was mounted on . The b8200 had a loader .
Does this info help ?

First you need to read a bunch in the hydraulic section so what we say to you makes sense and that YOU understand it before you proceed... you can quickly buy expensively wrong parts. Actually this needs to be move to Hydraulic section. Do you have the manual for this tractor?

Here's a ROUGH idea, in the PDF above, You'll need to purchase #2 Block outlet cover. Not sure if you can get that another place other than the dealer. I would get it from the dealer to make sure it'll work for your tractor.

You'll need a 2 spool valve with power beyond (if you need another spool, now is the time to bump this up to a 3 spool valve). This is similar to mine: https://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?item=9-7862&catname=hydraulic

You'll also need all the hoses and connections... do yourself a favor and take your time and plan it out. You can look at what I did with my L2800 (link in signature) since I already had a loader, I already had the "Block Outlet Cover" on my tractor.

On the PDF (again, above) the "tank" low pressure return on mine goes back to the "Block Outlet" you'll have to find #1 at the bottom of the PDF, "Return port" on the side of the transmission case.

Unlike me, You should be able to buy hoses that will connect directly into the 2 spool valve. Read and make up a list / diagram to plan this out. I'll ask a moderator to move this to the Hydraulic Section... no doubt you'll hear from J_J.

With no loader and just 4 hoses, it sounds like it was not set to run both the blower and the 3-point hitch. Is that going to be acceptable or do you need more functions? Teg is right - it needs some planning.

OP. Can you post photos (or give more information) of the snow blower? Are they Single acting or double acting rams? Is this a rear mounted snow blower?

Guess we have to wait till the OP comes back...

I have a B7500 with a loader on it and from the OP's description, it sounds like the control valve was plumbed between the loader and the 3 point on the B7800 (in a power beyond setup) but a tank line wasn't hooked up.
It sounds like there aren't any hydraulics (no loader or rear remotes) setup on his B7500
2001B7500: Can you post pictures of the valve?

Thanks

Your better off putting it on a trailer and take it too any dealer, and have them put a loader spool valve on it,,,then it'll work relatively easy enough,,,,500-$1000 depending on the cost of the spool, I had a PB loop pu on the back of my 2920 ( similar to your older model), that cost $300 to pull that out of the loaders PB

If you don't understand hydraulics, it'll be an expensive lesson to do it yourself with no supervision
