Hydraulic oil for B275 International

I changed the hydraulic fluid a couple of years ago in my B275 and it started leaking around the lift/lower lever shaft. I finally found the manual for the B275 and it calls for regular SAE 20 motor oil for the hydraulic system. Would this have caused the leak or was it just coincidence.
I guess i'll have to change the O-Ring to stop the leak. Should I refill with Motor Oil?
Any comments would be appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think that is hydraulic oil leaking that is likely gear oil on the B275.

No, it's coming right out of the lever shaft, located just below the tractor seat. I can see the drops.
