Any thoughts on where to find aftermarket oil cooler for a 2003 TC-24D? It appears to be leaking, I've tightened the hose clamps and am holding onto a slight hope that's the problem, but it does appear to be coming for the lower center of the cooling unit itself. Messicks has the OEM part, but I just can't stomach the idea of $631 for a small part. It sits right in front of the radiator, both of which sit right behind the battery and all the nice corrosive vapors that come from it. Not the greatest design.
My other option that I will be checking is to try to find a radiator repair shop to fix the core. Seems to be becoming a lost art, I used to have a few shops near me but they have all closed up shop.
I'm not dead in the water, but I do want to get it fixed/replaced sooner than later. I'm lucky enough to have a heated garage! -15 degrees this morning!
