Hydraulic Motor as A Pump?

Can I use a hydraulic motor as a pump?

What's the Hydraulic Motor off of? I think most are made to use for short on periods (auto/tailgate lifts) 'cause of the lack of a cooler. What are you thinkn' of buildn'?

I'm looking to build a PTO driven circuit for running hydraulic FEL implements, similar to the one Farmerford built. The performance of the Prince PTO pumps is far less than what I would like (21GPM at 2250PSI MAX) so I'm exploring for other options...
