Hydraulic logsplitter valve question

Hello,

I want to order a hydraulic valve for my log splitter (with detent option). I have one question about this. The pump im using is a haldex 2stage 16 gpm pump with max psi off 3000 psi. Now the valve I want to buy is a popular log splitter valve (prince) with a max psi off 2750 psi. Should this give any probs?

No, that will be your relief pressure. All log splitter valves have detent.

There are other log splitter valves that will go higher in pressure.

Two spool valve with 3000 psi relief and log lift.

Thank you for the fast reply, the valve you showed me is the valve I actually want. I first thought to buy 2 valves for my splitter with a lift but I didnt know there was 1 valve with all the options I needed. Thank you :thumbsup:
