It seems my Koyker 140 loader doesn't have enough pressure to raise the bucket. Is there an adjustment to increse pressure?

I run ATF in my system, expensive, but does not gel, or even thicken well below zero. I was running earlier in the day and the loader was operating OK. Do you have any other thoughts?

I advise against using ATF in your hydraulic system. There are no brake bands or clutch discs that require friction modifiers. Aside from just throwing money away, you are actually hurting your system.

ATF is not recommended in Chinese tractors, it can decompose seals and gaskets. You may have clogged the hydraulic filter. It's in that horizontal cylinder looking thing on the left side of the hydraulic sump

Well, apparently you didn't read http://www.mehf.com/FLasia01muladvantages.pdf because you would have picked up on using the multi-vis hydraulic oil. It outperforms the monograde oils, particularly in cold climates. Your weather is not exceptional by comparison. When you chose a hydraulic oil, make sure it is labled AW Hydraulic Oil and not AW Machine Oil, R&O Oil, etc. Give it a chance to warm up before you use it.
You state that you want to increase pressure. What is your current pressure that you wish to exceed? Do you know that by increasing pressure you can take your FEL beyond design limits and break something - including yourself?

Well, I did read it, but didn't see any recommendation for a multi-vis AW hyd oil. I have never seen multi-vis hyd oil. In days past 15w/40 oil was used in most all applications in the gold mines of NV where it's cold.

Almost all oil companies offer multi-vis hydraulic oils. The one I personally use is re-branded under the O'Reilly name.

Well, start by draining the ATF and opening the filter housing. There will be a screen-wrapped cylinder inside. Remove the screen to reveal the cylinder. It's magnetic, so clean it well with diesel fuel and a toothbrush. The screen will not likely be reusable, you should have some replacement material on hand. I use 80x80 brass mesh on mine, and have plenty extra if you can't find it locally.
Multi-vis hydraulic fluid is ok, just not readily available in all areas yet. Certainly not around here anyway, and your area sounds even more remote. But yes, AW32 is plenty thin for your use, it's got a viscosity equivalency to 10W engine oil.
