I saw that i was getting a steady drip of hydraulic fluid from under the front of my dk45se.
I found that the half inch line that went from the filter
on the left side to the front of the tractor had a crack where the tab was welded on to connect it to the engine block.
There is no apparent damage from outside sources.
I am thinking that since this is hard mounted to the vibration producing part of the tractor, it cracked under the strain.
I believe that when this gets replaced that it should be rubber mounted to keep it from cracking in the future.
Am I on the right track
