Seem to have developed a major hydraulic leak from underneath my TC33D. After crawling underneath to check it out, seems to be coming from directly in the center of the tractor, out of a threaded hole. Is there some kind of plug missing here? If so, does anyone out there know what size of plug needs installed, and does this need to have pibe tape of dope put on plug before installing? Thanks for any and all information.

See TC40 Hydraulic Leak. This thread has pics by Jinman that may explain your situation. Series III Boomers have had problems with these transmission test port plugs being placed without thead dope, and causing leaks in the mid-section of the tractor.
