My tractor is about 200 miles from my dealer but seems to have developed a slight hydraulic leak. Always a little mess on the shed floor. There is a tube that comes out beside the drive shaft at the engine (bell housing area). This tube does not appear to be fastened, but rather just goes into the bell housing. Guess I should buy a workshop manual for this thing. This tube must be a hydraulic return line as it has a section of hose on it back near the transmission housing. I was wondering if it is just a press fit and I could somehow force it further into the Bell housing hole? Next item on the mode list is a skid plate as I figured a branch got in there while trail building.

Crawled under tractor today. Figures I would pick the coldest day I have experienced in years. (don't usually go to camp when it's going down to -27C. Anyway there is a single bolt holding in the tube to the back of the bell housing. Will need to get a service manual to see what I'm up against.
