Looks low to me, if it's on level ground, and loader & 3 point are as low as they can go ...

Move it so the back is lower than the front, you should see a slightly yellowish/orangy fluid in it, correct level will be halfway up the sight glass when parked on flat ground with loader and three point all the way down ...

This mine, I have red dye in mine ...

i changed the filter and didn't add any fluid. guess i need to add some. the 3 point is all the way up when i took the photo but the FEL is all the way down.

The 3 point up or down doesn't make a big difference, just easier to check the level in a consistent way every time, so I do mine down ... My sight glass is on the back of the tractor, so less in my way ... Unless the backhoe is on!

A gallon of the Kubota SUDT fluid will be in the low $30's ... Add just a little at a time, and you will see it come up in the glass.

In any case, this makes checking easier.
