I own a new holland tc35d. A couple days ago oil started spewing out of the breather valve at the top of the engine block. We checked the oil level and it was overfilled by 3-4 quarts. We assumed we forgot to drain the oil last time we changed the oil. Today the hydraulic fluid is empty, it's still spewing, but the oil level in the engine isn't low. Is there a point where hydraulic oil could be leaking into the engine? Am I seriously screwed? anyone ever had this happen to them?

Not on that exact make or model, but I have seen it happen. The front seal of the hydraulic pump is bad. You might be able to replace the seal, but my experience is that the pump is worn out. I doubt that pump has shaft bushings that can be replaced so in the long run the pump will need to be replaced. Replacing the front pump seal will buy you some time but it is hard to say how much.
