Hydraulic Fluid Change Interval - Kubota B2910

I have a question concerning the change interval of the Hydraulic Fluid on my Kubota B2910. I do not have many hours on the tractor (122 hours). The fluid was changed at the 50 hour mark. Should I base the change interval on the number of hours as specified in the owners manual(300 hours), or should I change the fluid annually?

Wait until the three hundred hours, no reason to change it annually.

I'd like to add one thing though. Do keep checking the quality of the hydro oil. if it becomes milky or cloudy.. do change it., even if not 300 hrs. There are lots of ways to get water entrapment in those units.

Mike I've been following your threads and you have been given " sound " advice. At three hundred hours, I cut the filter candister in half and examine particulate. If I see chrome with a magnifying glass, I send out a sample for oil analysis but I do this for a living and it's free. I hope my boss isn't reading this! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
