hydraulic fill on dk35

i must have been too excited when i picked my tractor up, to hear if the rear end fluid fill is the same as the hydraulic fluid resevoir. can't see anywhere in the manual about hydraulic fluid fill, is it the same as transmission fuild? if not where is the hyd. fill at. thanks

Good question...I've got the same thing...

What type of hydraulic/transmission fluid do we use??? It's my understanding the capacity is about 7 gallons. When disposing of this, can it be dumped into the oil recycle or is it not compatible???

I just run a tractor hydraulic/transmission oil in my DK 35.
Transmission holds closer to 11 gallons if I remember correctly.

Most any universal hydraulic fluid will do. Make sure it has anti foaming agents. Some good ones to use are:
Any brand's 303
Warren, or other brand AW 46 or AW 68
