Hydraulic dump for Carry-All??

I have been wanting to work on a combination of 3PH pallet forks and a carry all with dump capabilities...
For a lot of the type of tractor work I do...it would be advantageous to have a modified pallet that has some sides and a back panel...that can be easily dropped off the forks...then loaded with the FEL then picked back up with the forks and moved to where I would like it dumped while it was still on the forks etc...

This would not only speed up the process of moving a pile of gravel (with FEL only) it would also double as counter weight in the rear...

I moved a couple dozen or so yards of dirt last fall using the FEL and the rear dump box. I filled the dump box first and then the FEL bucket for each round trip of about a quarter mile.

Traction for filling the dump box becomes available after pushing the box into the pile and starting to raise the 3PH. The weight in the dump box then, in turn, gives excellent traction for filling the bucket. The beauty is not having to carry the rear ballast when not needed but very easy to pick up some bulk material when the weight is needed.

I also like the idea in the post just above of using forks under the box to carry and then "unforking the box" to fill it with the FEL. That's good thinking.

I had a L3430, similar to your L3830, with backhoe and one rear remote.

I added 2 more remotes for a T&T kit by connecting to the backhoe hydraulic circuit using a Prince FEL valve and OEM connectors. I mounted the valve over the right fender on a bracket bolted to the ROPS.

The valve and QR connector project cost around $500. I got the T&T kit from Fit Rite Hydraulics.
