Hydraulic Cylinders in Canada

Hello all,

My first post here. Over the weekend I purchased a Massey 65 with a Freeman Loader on it. The cylinders leak and just as well, I'm looking to add down pressure. The Control valve already is equipped, just need the cylinders. I'm wondering if anyone knows a good place (other than princess auto) to get cylinders in Canada. Online is fine but prefer bricks and mortar! (looking for approx 40" pin to pin, 2.5-3" bore w/ clevis ends or tangs 3/4" thick).


I've had the thing less than a week and already have a list of things to tinker with.

Welcome to the forum. Other than Princess Auto the only name that comes to mind is Beta Hydraulics or try a local Shop.

I've bought a few from Princess Auto and just cut and welded them up to what I needed. I replaced my factory made ones on my Ford 1520 by welding a piece of tubing to them to make them long enough. Looked same as factory when I was done only much much cheaper.

TSC also has cylinders, sometimes on sale at good prices....

Thanks guys. Tried Princess auto and Cisco today, nothing on the shelf that I need, going to hit TSC tomorrow and hope to get lucky. Failing that going to order online so I will have them for next weekend.
