We need more information.

Assuming it worked at one time then
  • Is it still connected to the spool valve?
  • How do you actually have it connected? Front mount blower, rear mount blower, using loader valve or a remote valve?
  • Have you changed the hydraulic connections recently?
  • Have you checked the hoses for proper connection? Do you have a good connection?
  • Did you try swapping hose connections to another good valve spool?
More info is needed.

Assuming it worked at one time then Worked yesterday

* Is it still connected to the spool valve? Yes

* How do you actually have it connected? Front mount blower, rear mount blower, using loader valve or a remote valve? Rear mount TPH remote valve

* Have you changed the hydraulic connections recently? No

* Have you checked the hoses for proper connection? Do you have a good connection? As far as I can tell you can see it trying to move

* Did you try swapping hose connections to another good valve spool? I only have the one valve.

Since you can move the cylinder manually in both directions, it probably isn't a connection issue but you should check the connections anyway.

Disconnect the hoses from the QD's (I assume you have QD's). Check to make sure the ball in the QD's can actually move. Reconnect QD's and see if it works.

If it still fails then the problem might lie in the valve itself. If you have another hydraulic attachment then connect it up and see if the cylinder moves. If it doesn't then it's the valve. If it works correctly then you have a cylinder problem.

Try moving the 3pt to the middle of it's range.
