I have my second B3030. This time with a cab. Anyway, there is a noticable difference in the lift capacity of the FEL when doing the same tasks I did with the other one. My other one was an animal and this one is a bit lame. Does anyone know how to check the pressure and possible adjust if necessary? Where to put the gauge to check, where to adjust if necessary, and what pressure to shoot for. thanks in advance anyone.

The rule of thumb is to check the flow and pressure of the pump sections on any gear pump AT 1200 R.P.M., and 100 P.S.I., to establish the baseline flow volume and add resistance to determine the pumps actual capacity and flow to a maximum rating for the pumps builder.

From what I remember reading the factory factory settings are lower than the maximum setting for all the orange mules( they obviously must set them with cold oil temps), Anyway as your mule is new you should ask your dealer to come by and readjust it for you as it is still in warranty to avoid the nasty issues of "you did this while it was under warranty syndrome".

Short of contacting your dealer you could buy the kit that the gentleman from BXpanded offers for the hydraulic system for the orange beasts of burden. But for now calling your dealer and arranging for a time to readjust the pressure would be better in your case (just be sure to run the tractor until its hot before the field mechanic gets there to assure that the pressure and flow will be accurate when he checks the system pressure of your B3030 and reajusts it.

All I did with mine was screw a quick connect onto a pressure gauge, plug it into one of the loader connections, and move the joystick. Your loader manual will tell you what the pressure should be, where to adjust it is better answered by someone that's done that before.
