I need some advice(again) I resealed my pump and it worked better but was making foam, took it back off now I cant get it to suck.

If the pump was making foam, you had a small air leak.
Prime it as best you can.

Could your suction screen be frozen or plugged? Wrong oil? Air leak on suction side?
