You need to be more specific for anyone to answer your questions.

What is leaking hydraulic fluid?

What hoses blew?

If you disconnect the quick connects to the FEL, does the loader still drop? This isolates the loader cylinders from the joystick valve. My loader bleeds down, but not that fast.

What state are you in? Lemon laws vary state-to-state.

Is your tractor still under warranty?

I had a similar problem with the loader on my TC45DA. The dealer ended up replacing just about everything like yours, but mine had repeat main pump failures. At 163hr the tractor had already 4 pumps replaced. Without anyone finding the problems and the warranty coming to an end i ended up trading the tractor. I figured it was a lemon, since i already had a tc24d and had no problems. Hope your tractor isn't like mine:(
