I have an L3750 with a hyd. ss that is clutchless to operate from forward to reverse.
My question is-does the ever clutch operate in the same manner?
I've seen reference to a momentary clutch operation between forward and reverse with models so equipped.
Thanks

Don't know but all Kubota Hydraulic shuttles have multiplate wet clutches in the main gear cases and no dry clutch in the bell housing. Just a damper plate.

I have 2 of them.

I am confused only about the ever clutch on the L4350,4850, and 5450 models. The operators manual says the clutch pedal needs to be momentarily engaged before shifting.
My 3750 does not need the clutch pedal engaged. I just come to stop and shift to change direction

My owners manual covers L4350, L4850, and L5450. It is a 2004 re print from the kubota dealer. It is a spiral bound book. My book says "Shift the shuttle lever forward to obtain forward speeds and shift it backwards to obtain reverse speeds without using the clutch pedal."

I believe you mean disengaged not engaged.

I'm not fond of anything that has a dry clutch. The dry clutch will always be the weak point and always a royal PITA to replace, whereas a wet pack travelling clutch rarely fails. They do but not often
