hyd question and electrical

I bought a yanmar 3110 2wd tractor a few days ago. Drained the diesel and put new oil and filters in it and some fresh diesel. It had a front end loader on it and I took it off. Now I have the hose coming off of the hyd pump do I need to just route it back to the hyd line under the seat. Also does anyone know how to wire a ignition in. I figured out how to get the tractor to start but not sure about some of the other wires. Some of the wires turn on the coil in the intake but not sure what to do with those. Do they need to be on a seperate switch? Any one have a wiring diagram of the electrical? Thanks guys!

I have a jumper hose that connects the two lines that go to the loader when the loader is removed. I would assume yours would require the same thing.

As for the wiring I would suggest you get a parts manual from one of the dealers who advertise here. It will be in Japanese, but all parts are numbered in arabic numerals and an electrical schematic is included.

Here's a thread with the wiring diagram for an older Yanmar. it won't be exact but it should give you an idea of how the ignition switch and thermostart (manifold pre-heater) are wired. (it comes off the twist-left key position on the switch, sometimes with an optional jumper over to the Start key position also). I don't know if your voltage regulator is wired the same so I wouldn't rely on this diagram for that part.

What I've read here is that it is critical that the hydraulic pump never dead-head, ie run against a closed quick-connect etc since it will self destruct immediately. Most loaders are plumbed in series so a short return hose can replace your loader plumbing. But I don't know if this describes your particular setup.
