Hunting Seals for a Ford 905 PHD

I have a Ford 905 post hole digger that has bad shaft seals. When I called the NH dealer I was told that they have been discontinued and are not available. The NH parts rep also mentioned he read in some literature that "CH was no longer allowed to order from Bush Hog", sort of implying that the seals, and perhaps more of the post hole digger, were supplied by Bush Hog.
Does anyone have any info on where I might find seal for this post hole digger?
The PNs are:
Bottom seal: BU70605
Front Seal: BU70400

take the seals to a bearing supply house, they will be able to match them. Or you can do it yourself using the numbers embossed on the outside.

Thanks. I was hoping to find the seals so I'd have them on hand when I pulled it apart. Your idea is my last resort, especially since sometimes manufacturers are light on marking their parts.

if you take the Ford numbers and drop the "BU" in the beginning of the parts numbers for the seal, you will have the Bush hog part numbers.

looks as if there were two different gearboxes used, if you look at these links it's easy to tell which you have-

Dropping the BU from the part numbers, I ran the P/N through Motion Industries, https://www.motionindustries.com/products/sku/00613181 then that number through NAPA online, and came up with https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NOS24954?impressionRank=3 for the bottom seal. The part number chase might result in the correct part, or might not.
Seals, bearings, U-joints are sold by size, and much cheaper and faster from a bearing stockist.

But of course, you need to know the size.
Inside, outside, and thickness.
Sometimes they can be read from the outside before disassembly, but usually you need to take them out and measure them.
And what you're looking for is called a rotary shaft seal.

Thanks to all for the info. The Bush Hog info may work out best. I dropped the "BU" prefix and googled it, I ended up at Messicks, and once there, since they are also an NH dealer, I tried looking up the parts for my 905 from their catalog, and it seems like they have them. So, either they have the Bush Hog seals or the 905 seals, which may be the same things and they adjusted their catalog to show them in place of my 905 discontinued seals.
Just called Messicks and got verification of the Bush Hog parts being compatible. The Bush Hog seals are on the way.
