I talked to an advanced service rep last Monday. Did several more tests before he could approve sending a new modem. I received the new modem yesterday and everything works now, faster than it was before. I'm still going to check in to wireless internet. If I have this much problems getting back online with Hughes, I might be better off going with ATT or Verizon wireless.
