JD 5425 & 4300, Yanmar 1500
I needed to put turf tires on my Yanmar 1500 but the cost was becoming outragous. I found new rims and tires on Ebay for 1/6 of new and bought them...but they are a different bolt pattern (still 6-bolt but larger diameter bolt circle). Since they do fit my JD4300 I didn't want to weld and drill a new center disc. A friend of mine made adapters that I drew for him. He is an artist with steel! These are great. I wanted to share the idea with others who may be having a similar wheel dilemna as I had. They are now installed and work perfectly.

Before the days of unilug and custom wheels for everything adaptors like that were very common on cars and pickemups.

jdmar,
sorry to bring up such an old thread, but were the holes for the 4300 rims tapped, or do you install studs?
