Oil & Fuel HST273 OIL FILTER?

Can someone please help with an oil filter number for my HST273? My service manual and engine manual say nothing, the brand x filter on it is unmarked.

I hope the $38.00 amazon price is the extreme.

The $38.00 one sounds more like what the hydro filter would be not the engine oil filter.

pete-mi, Hi; have you found an amazon source for the hydraulic oil filter??? If so, please, please share it with me and the rest of the TYM family. I'm nearing time for an hydraulic oil change and I don't have a filter on hand and am dreading having to hunt for a filter - or a dealer whom ships. Napa gold are what I use for the oil filter, no problems getting them either. But -- the hydraulic filter is an different animal all together!
Big Red's seems to have gone away, no longer can I connect via computer. An Amazon source would be just "Great"! Thanks if'n you can help. Greg

Okay Tiptoo, I'll see if I can cross that Donaldson filter at Napa also. I have the original filter numbers and Donaldson was the filter it came with. I can probably find a filter, just wasn't so sure if it would be a good match. I seem to recall back when I first started cross referencing filters that the hydraulic filter wasn't cross referenced with anything else. But, since the napa gold engine oil filters work fine; the hydraulic should - hopefully - work fine as well. I'll give it a close look and try. If it works for me without catastrophic results I'll be glad to share numbers with everyone.
