HST pressure port plug size?

Anybody know for sure what size the HST pressure port plug is on a CK30 (part no MS50D110). I am trying to plumb the port to a pressure gauge.

As far as I can tell it's very close to a 3/8 NPT without the taper (NPS). However it's diameter is .65 and appears to have slightly tighter threads per inch. I did some googling and there is a British standard 3/8 pipe thread size having 19 threads per inch with .656 diameter (and they have a parallel thread version).
