HST filter vs. Hyd filter on B7610

Heavens, why? I had no trouble at all servicing my B7510 and it had the FEL and a BB on it at the time.

Plenty of clearance under the tractor to lay on your back when you need to reach the drain plugs.

Won't hit 50hrs.this weekend but I did crawl under to see where I will need to reach and it looks like I should be OK without pulling off the BH or FEL.

Anybody know if I could or should replace the OEM plugs with the plugs that have little magnets? Are these available through tractorsmart????

I guess I find it easier to remove them than some.
I also do all my work in the shop on a nice smooth concrete floor and I find it easier to acess the rear diff drain plugs from the rear and working around the FEL is just a pain if I don't have to.

Wow...this post really helped me with my 50 hour service!!! I bought the materials this summer and totally forgot which filter goes where. Also the tip on the size of wrench needed to remove the strainer really helped too! I am new to the forum and I think its a great place to find info! Thanks!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
