HP needed for 90" finish mower

I have found a 90" finish mower I may go look at. The specs say max engine hp of 60hp but it shows no minimum hp requirements. 30 pto hp be enough for it?

If the grass is thin it’ll work but you’ll bog down in heavy stuff. My grasshopper is in the 30 maybe a tad less engine hp range and runs a 72” deck.

30 pto HP may be considered bare min for regular cutting. 35-40 I would consider more ideal as a min
