Howse CRB 72 Rotary Cutter Question?

This brush hog is for sale locally at $1200. I believe it is a CRB72.
Not really familiar with Howse. What do you think?
I'll run it on a 3032E or a 3038E. It would be used for general pasture mowing.

Nice cutter but I am probably going to pass on it.
I think it is likely too much for my tractors.

I had a 6' Howse mower that I used with a 36 hp compact tractor for years and it was great, that particular mower appears to be built or patterned off of the Bush Hog Squealer model, would probably be a pretty good deal.

I think it may be a decent deal but the gearbox is rated at 40-100 so I think it may be a little big for my tractor.
Mine is 38 HP and 30 PTO HP.

wise to steer clear, my neighbor has had nothing but problems with Howse: light construction, leaking gearbox, rear wheel & bracket broke off. i consider Howse to be on the lower end of the mower market. it's way over priced @ $1200.
