Barely got a couple inches here this weekend, what a relief. I think we are on the upside of this winter now. We've still got a couple feet of snow in April before, almost into May, so I can't count that out - but that is not common by any means. I'm ready for the garden chores.

We are in the planning stages for three more raised beds here. Gotta get rid of the snow so we can take measurements, then get at it.

Maybe it's just me, I'm getting older, with bad arthritis, but...does it seem to anyone else that it just hurts more when you crack your wiener in cold weather? Am I wrong?

The blower probably weighs about half what the backhoe does but should be enough to keep the tires engaged. Got any chains on?

I got chains up front and will be getting rear chains next year. Was going to be this year but the snow blower ate that $$ up. Well worth it, 2 passes and I was done!

Stay off the those slopes your tractor is not set up for. It will save a lot more then some glass.

I spent a couple of hours in the seat cleaning up driveways and pushing back some snow banks. About 10 above zero with a wind. Cab saves the day again. No snow in the ten day forecast and rain possible next Monday. But if I don't keep picking away at something I'll get a foot of partly cloudy some late night.
