How's everyone doing with the SNOW

Clobbered here again and again, the BX has really earned its keep. Unfortunately, I haven't fared so well as yesterday I took a tumble and broke my right leg just above the ankle. I'm wondering if I can run the BX with my left foot. I'll be finding out in the next day or two!

Well i hope you recover quickly but sounds like it will be a while. I guess thats one advantage to a power shuttle gear tractor and a hand throttle

That really bites! Your going to want to stay inside by the fire and let that bone get set good before you do any tractor operating. Hurts like the dickens when you grate the broken ends by each other until they knit back together. Get somebody else to plow you out in the mean time. You'll heal up faster that way.

Running out of ability to push snowbanks back with the 2620. The FEL doesn't stick off the front enough to push the tops of the piles back. May have to fire up the old International for that job.


I WILL have a 3pt blower by next winter.

If I had 100 snowblowers I could have sold them all in the last three weeks.

I'm ready for the blizzard. Got my banks pushed and plenty of space for more snow. This tractor loves to climb, can stack snow really well when you can get the bucket or plow up while lifting the front end off the ground enough to drag the ballast box on the ground
