Retired (about 2 years) from central Florida but now living in Northern Alabama on about 17 acres of hilly land, lots of trees. I have a NH 1720, mfg 1995 4wd that I bought used about 8-9 years ago. Not very tractor savvy, but pretty handy and getting better. I will be making some modifications to the 1720 to accommodate hilly terrain and to harvest trees for my fireplace.
