Just joined. I have "inherited" a MF 231 tractor with a Bush hog loader. The tractor belonged to my father in law and he was not real keen on servicing and preventative maintenance. The tractor runs fine but needs some TLC. I also have a little JD 2210 with a loader and 62in belly mower that is handier than a shirt pocket.

and yes 10 more miles east and we'd be cajun!! LOL Actually this is where my wife's family is from and we had property here, so after I retired from Uncle Sam's Canoe Club (Navy) it was pretty much settled where we were going.+
