Howard 8 ft E series rotavator

Question are the wheels and tyres available , are they the same as say an IW 5 stud trailer wheel ? does anyone know.
i'm considering getting 2 flat steel discs cut and drilled and then welding them into the center of some wheels i have. any advice would be welcome.

My 5’ Howard and 6’ Baltic tillers have hollow steel wheels with wheel scrapers on simple greaseable axles.
