Bank or stock brokerage courier
Doorman at a 5 star resort

All of these would have different #1 priorities, and they should.

I don't think the order of importance is as important as the level that each employee grades in each category. On a level from 1 to 10 with 10 being perfection, I would look at the total package and look for a minimum acceptable level for each category rather than placing them in order of importance. The one exception is safety. I don't care what profession, always number one. Would you rather have an irate customer, a slob, a guy showing up late, or deal with doctors and lawyers.

I'm leaning towards Mike's answer with the exception of switching the bottom two.This is on a job application for a large concrete/block company that has outlets that sell everything related to concrete block ,stonework and landscaping and every piece of tool and equipment that you can imagine that's related to the block/stone construction industry.They are looking for store managers.
Just thought I'd throw it out there and see what kind of answers I would get.Real good so far.Thanks.
