Been trying to post some interesting pics, but it says they are too big. How do I get them down to the right size. Ted

Use the "paint" software in your computer to stretch/skew the picture smaller until it is 100K in size. (Easiest way.)

If you are on winxp, you can attatch the pic to an email, and windows will ask you if you want to shrink it for faster xfer.. say yes, and then you can drag/drop that 'shrunk' pic from the email message and save it to your desktop already fitted pretty nicely.

Download Pixresizer for free and it does a great job at compressing pictures and still leaving them a decent size for posting.
