How to stop full page Whirlpool ads

I keep getting these Whirlpool ads that take up the whole page. The ads say to scroll for content but the ads won't scroll. I have tried to take a screen shot but the ads don't show in the screen shots. So I took a picture with my phone and have attached.

If it's happening on TBN I would post this down in the News/Feedback forum. They are pretty attentive to this sort of thing.

etpm, Clear your browser cache, cookies and temporary files; then clear your DNS cache. This removes all traces of old corrupt files and websites.
If you're running Windows OS, download and run Glary Utilities. It's a powerful tool, but just use the one-click feature to be safe until you learn how to use the functions and features.

I run adblock ultimate and privacy badger in FireFox browser; never see adds.

I forgot to say that the problem occurs on my Samsung Android tablet. Thanks for the PC advice though. I did clear the cache on the tablet, and it was no help.

I run a dynamic DNS server using a Raspberry Pi and Pi-Hole. I am not getting into the specifics here but I update the blacklist on Pi-Hole monthly. I use this dns server on all the devices on my wireless devices. It eliminates 90% of ads. What can I say? At 70 I am a third generation computer nerd. I will correspond with anyone who wants more specific info but don't know if this forum is the best place to do so.
