I have a TC30 without a FEL and need to plumb into the tractor's hydraulic system to run a dual axis joystick that will be mounted at the rear of the tractor. The joystick (Brand Hydraulic Loader Directional Control Valve LV22RFSTKAB with Joystick Regen | eBay) will be used to run a Woods TSG50 stump grinder (LT/RT cylinder and UP/DN cylinder) . Can anyone with knowledge of the TC30 hydraulic system advise where I should take power from and then where to run the return line from the joystick? NOTE: I need to keep the 3PT hydraulics working along with the joystick/stump grinder functions as I will need to lift the grinder to reposition the tractor and implement over stumps. Also, I ordered the Woods TSG50 with the 4-hose kit that connects to 2-sets of rear remotes, without a manual or electric diverter valve kit on the TSG50. I hope to turn the joystick valve into 2-rear remotes by adding quick disconnects (QDs) directly to the A1/A2/B1/B2 ports on the joystick. If anyone sees a problem with this 'plan', I would really appreciate hearing your opinion or recommendation.

Any photos or diagrams showing where to connect the OUTPUT line from the tractor and the RETURN line from a joystick to the tractor would be VERY helpful and MUCH appreciated! NH offers a single rear mounted remote kit for the TC30 which may provide insight as to where I could plump into the TC30, but I have been unable to find the kit installation instructions online.

Thanks in advance,
Jack

Aaron,

My local dealer wants $1350 to install a SINGLE remote on my TC30! I am trying to avoid that expense at all costs. Seems to me I should be able to 'tap in' to where the FEL would normally be powered from and then back to the hydraulic tank or manifold. Since I have no FEL installed on my TC30, don't you think that would be the better solution?

Thanks for your help/reply.

What you want is not a remote, what you want is the power beyond block like they would install with a backhoe. That will let you put your new valve "in line" between the pump and the 3 point. It looks like this might be the kit you want: Object moved but you may not have the block that item 5 screws into.

Give Messicks a call in the morning, tell them that you want to add Power Beyond connections to your TC30 like you would use to power a backhoe and ask what you need.
Here is a breakdown of the hydrualic system on your machine: Object moved (Section 7, Subsection 05E01) you want to tap into the high pressure line between the pump and the 3 point valve.
