How to identify my FEL?

Yes, Cappy, as stated in an earlier message, I have the B219 FEL. I dont know about your bucket. Mine has the 48" Material Bucket (PN B273). Perhaps yours has the 38" Material Bucket (PN B272). If it had the 36" Tine Bucket, you would know, as that's not really a bucket, but an array of blades like forklift blades only smaller. I think a new 48" bucket is about $450 from Messick's. Hope that helps!

if you get a chance to post a pic, could you show how the bucket is mounted to the fel?

If you look at my pics, my bucket is mounted BETWEEN the fel arms. Is that how yours is mounted? My bucket has been cut down and narrowed. It is not the standard width.

One thing the manual is not clear on is how the bucket is mounted to the arms.

Sorry, Cappy, I don't know how to post a picture. If you'll give me your email address, I'll send some photos. However, no part of your setup looks like mine and I seriously doubt that it is a B219. To answer your question, there are a couple of brackets on the rear of the bucket and the lifting arms and rotating cylinders attach to them. From the look of the attachment of yours, it doesn't appear that your setup would allow you to adapt a wider bucket. But, I'm the wrong person to ask as I have been a tractor owner/operator for all of about 10 days!
