How to find the Model year on a JD790

[Powder Coater]

I am looking at buying a JD790. Ser num LVO790G593576. I tried Tractor Data but no information came up. I would mostly like to know the year it was made.

While im at it I have a choice of 2 box scrapers the will be included with the tractor. One had rippers the other does not. Im not sure what the rippers would be good for and if there would be a disadvantage to having them.

Cant help on the year of mfg - i bet someplace there is a website for that though..

I would get the box blade with rippers.. the rippers are needed if you are trying to tear up new sod or even the ground.. The rippers store up out of the way when not needed so they are not a disadvantage
