Sickle Bar how to figure out which model international harvester it is

hello i recently picked up a old sickle bar mower , it needs repaired as in the pitman arm and needs a tire and some well alot of tlc but i do know it is a international harvester there is no name plate data as in serial # or model # any way to identify so i can get a manual and parts like the pitman arm ? any help would be greatly appreciated there was only 1 stamped # that i could read it is 453850-R1

That part number is not listed in the No. 25-V mower manual. The highest number in the R series is 453120 R1. Suggest it that may be Model 27-V or newer.
