I have an International Cub Cadet Hydrostatic 107, it's either a 1974 or 1976 - got it from my Dad and not positive on the year.

The engine is a Kohler 10 HP Model K241A.

Could anyone tell me where the oil drain plug is on this engine?

Thanks!

On the bottom of the pan. Although there shoud be a plug on the rim of the base also. I have a 104 that I can check if you still can't find it. I haven't had mine running in a long time so I also haven't changed the oil. My K301's have drain plugs on the bottom.

Thank you! Got the oil drained, changed the spark, points and belt, and jumped it and the engine runs!

Cleaning the carb, replacing the air filter, but meantime the lever than puts it from neutral to forward/reverse is frozen - ARG! Guys at local tractor shop said have to remove the fenders to get at the transmission - hope the weather holds nice for this!

Thanks for the advice :)
