How to adjust brake on a john deere 111

Hi I bought a john deere 111 lawn mower and need to find out how to adjust the brake line on it if any one can help thanxs

The brake caliper has a nut and a jam nut . To adjust the pad clearance, loosen the jam nut and tighten the adjusting nut to the desired tightness. You should have about .010 clearance between the pad and the disc. then tighten the jam nut .
