Looks like the extra weight of the porch was too much for the wheels/springs on that side... I was waiting for a fire to start from the friction.

Reminded my of the time I found a round bale in the road and 3 miles later caught up with tractor with one missing on back of trailer.
My guess he passed point of no return when he got to the pavement.

The driver, most certainly, was aware of the predicament. It seems that after committing himself to towing, he decided to continue until he arrived at his designation. This was most definitely a reckless and unsafe act. This behavior, bordering on Stupidity, could have easily resulted in injuries or loss of life, and considerable property damage.

i agree. i just assumed he was doing his BIL a favor, and didn't want to. His wife told him" Jim, haul lil' bro's trailer to town would you? Just this one more time?" And he did.

We've all been there doing "favors" for people. Once you do that, they won't ask again.:thumbsup:
