How much to add electric diverter valve to Kioti RX7320 with cab?

I'd like to add hydraulic capability to operate a grapple and an electric diverter valve sounds like a reasonable solution. Dealer is quoting $1,600 to add, is this about the going rate? Seems like a lot of $$ at first glance for not many parts.
