This is the second 吐lush of front gear oil. The 50hr original was or course contaminated quite a bit with particles. Make a long story short, I switched to with Mobil 1 75w-90 synthetic gear oil instead of cheaper regular 80w-90 gear oil. So when I drained a second time, there were these particles still in drain pan! I was surprised to see so much.
Too much sparkle = metal bits.? Using loader quite a bit.

Put a magnet in the pan, see if the sparkle is steel,or iron. If it's alu, there might be something getting ground up.

You can't do better than full synthetic gear oil. I can't tell from your pic what quantity of particulate matter you have there, vs. amount of oil. But I would suspect on second change you're still pulling some particles of debris from the manufacturing process. It's not like draining engine oil- you can't really heat it up prior to draining it and there is no filter to draw out and hold the particles of whatever you're seeing.
I wouldn't be too worried about it - just keep doing regular intervals of change/# hours.
