I'm going to say only 2 have a tractor...
Most of my neighbors have tractors but I only consider one of my "next door" neighbors a friend; the rest are just neighbors... not that we don't do neighborly things for each other, but they are not friends. Our other friends now live in Maine & they have a tractor for their property.
Friends & family outside of our neighborhood... they don't have tractors... maybe rider mowers (if they mow their own grass)... but not tractors. Heck most of them live on 1/3 - 1/2 acre lots.
