how many models of tc 40 are there?

NH Guys, Is there more than 1 model TC40? I can only find one model on the NH website. Do they all have telescoping arms and tilt? I'm currently dealing long distance with a dealer and have never seen the tractor. The dealer is far from my house, but not so far from where the tractor will be. I thought there was a DA model and something else. Any help appreciated. MP

I guess it would depend on what features/options you want, but the TC40 is offered in two basic models, TC40A with a 12 x 12 Synchronized Shuttle Shift, and the TC40DA with hydrostatic and assorted other bells and whistles.

TC40DA--Hydro transmission (2 speed powershift within each range)
Deluxe features: flex link ends, swivel seat, finished platform, mid PTO optional for a belly mower, FWD only, foldable ROPS standard, toolbox.
TC40A--12 x 12 synchro shuttle.
Flex link ends optional, standard seat, platform is basic (no frills), can't get mid PTO if you want a belly mower or front quick attachments, can get 2WD, foldable ROPS is optional, toolbox.

Most TC40A's that you see at a dealership will have flex link ends and a foldable ROPS, so the basic difference is transmission and the TC40DA has a better looking operator's platform. Same engine and other basic components.

Thanks, I guess it is a TC40A. It does have foldable rops and flex links, but I think that's it. No ruber deck. What would be a decent price for one if you all know? Thanks, MP

we priced one today with a front end loader for $20,850, a 72 inch bush hog for $1250 and a post hole digger with a 12" auger for $575 for a total of $22640. we liked it and will probably buy it but i'm wondering about the 36 month 0% interest deal. Would they make us pay equal payments to pay off the entire balance in 36 months or could we make smaller payments and a large balloon payment at the end of the 36 months?
